The Progression Fitness Kettlebells come in a variety of weights sized in kilograms and are great for working arms, legs and core. The solid cast iron bells are covered in a vinyl coating that is colour-coded based on weight. They also have a rubber base to prevent scratches on your floor surface and provide cushioning when you set down the weight after your exhausting set. See the SPECS tab for a list of weights.
